The Cast

Meet the Cast

These are the cast members of the tech-ER show - Season II. Some of the cast members may be familiar to you already and need no introductions, while others work quietly behind the scenes to help produce the innovative tech-ER series. Cast members from previous seasons can be found here.

Cher Jones

Cher Jone - tech-ER According to Cher, geek is chic! This self-proclaimed “cool geek” has the love of technology hard wired into her personality. She spends way more time on the internet then she cares to admit; catching up with Facebook, Linked In and Twitter, reading the latest tech news and reviews, trying out new software and discovering cool blogs, feeds and websites.

Cher is never one to back down from a Do It Yourself tech challenge, even if it momentarily has her pulling her hair out. This usually happens right before the victorious “Ah Ha!” moment, which makes it all worth it.

Although her day job is currently in corporate communications and PR, Cher’s no stranger to the television industry. Over the past 10 years she has regularly picked up TV gigs working as an associate producer, writer and on air-talent.

romaineDriven and Focused, Romaine Waite strives to successfully reach each goal he sets for himself. Whether it's traveling the world, or some how incorporating 3 bowls of cereal into his day, he will certainly get it done. In addition to his academic and professional success; he possesses the rare talent of firefly breeding and an amazing personality. His easy-going, approachable demeanour is appreciated by all. Romaine's continued goal is to inform and entertain; and with his knack for story telling and engaging viewers he will quickly become a well-known and recognizable face on Canadian television.
